[Request] major clan survival

major clan some times dies too fast i try to give all major clan a lv 3 castle so they can train more troops and gain more ground in the begining(most time as long as they gain 2 province they'll start gaining ground, but in most case they fail). but editing esf seem to crush the game every time it start, can some one make a start pos with all major clan lv3 castle. or can some one tell me how to do it esf dont seem to crupt the files. i'm using esf 1.4.6

or can some one make a mode that boost the major clan.. i really want to make the major clane in to a super power befor i smash them to the ground.
i tried everything i try editing personality unit qualities etc still every game there is a major gets kill in 20 or so turns because they fail to conqur thier 1st province....
