    As for permission, you have to get it from ForteS for the files. I am not going to give permission to use the launcher or any of the .bat files unless I am the one working on it however, since its a bespoke piece of kit and I'm the only one with the base files. There is no reason why you can't release it without that however if you so wish. If you wish though I could fix up the launcher for a version you bring out, but you would need permission from ForteS (and possibly Boicote) for the mod base files.
    I already contacted ForteS but, as I said, he has been away for a while. The only 2 things holding me up are the need to know how to add mod packs to Imperium Globale II (in the interest of increasing the game balance and realism) and ForteS authorization to begin modding. I still don't have Boicote's permission, but I'll contact him ASAP in the Portuguese thread or in his channel to see if he allows me to mod the base files.
    About your laucher, I see no reason to change it. The launcher is very well designed and fits the mod perfectly. I've launched the mod a few times and, so far, I never had problems with it.

    Well, there are some important improvements I could make to it if you get permission from ForteS and Boicote for the other files.

    Ok, if you feel that you can improve it, that's great. Any boost will be most welcome. Both Boicote and ForteS aren't around very often. ForteS is offline for almost a month and Boicote for six days, so getting in touch with them will have to be a lucky shot. Still, If they allow me to move on with the updates, I'll let you know.

    This is a great mod ,needs some new regions in India and if possible new regions on the atlantic ocean Açores, Madeira, canarias etc...Portugal home region could need some rearengement like Lisbon goes to the north side of the river, and near by set a port, representing the actual major port of Lisbon.. If you guys need some diging in this historical period i could give a hand...

    It's a good mod but the national Mafra palace should be upgraded a bit. It costs 10000 but it offers less tax revenue than the Imperial Palace and offers a religious agent in a region that is already fully catholic. Its tax revenue should be increased or it will stay as a highly undesirable building, specially considering it takes long to build it.

    You need to uninstall the mod, verify the game via steam, reinstall the mod and make sure you run it with full admin permissions from the admin profile on your computer.

    Hello im having the same issue

    Uninstalled verified game cache ran the installer as admin then ran the game as admin and it still crashes when trying to start grand campaign and when i launch a custom battle

    Are you using the admin profile on your computer (separate from simply running a program as admin)? What anti-virus are you using?

    Have you tried reseting the scripts in the launcher?

    Well as far as I know since I only have one account on my computer and am using it its admin?

    I have avast

    Avast and several other anti-virus programs can lead to problems with the DMUC Launcher, and since this launcher works on the same principal, it is also likely to affect this one. If resetting the scripts does not work, deactivate avast temporarily and try launching the game again.

    Resetting did not work so will try disabling avast and see

    Ok I even went as far as uninstalling avast and still no change

    Still crashes

    I take it you restarted your computer etc.?

    Hmm.

    Someone else who had an odd difficult to solve problem here found that it was down to his sound settings. (post number 141).

    Can you play custom battles?

    Yes I did

    I will take a look

    No I cant it crashes when I go to launch the battle

    Right, turn additional units off in the launcher and try again.
