diplomat fix

some of you may have noticed that some factions cant recruit diplomats, this file will fix it

just move it to your PI2/data folder, its savegame compatible.

Nope. Helenic and Oscan culture factions city hall can't recruit diplomats...

In Helenic Gerousia,Ekklesia;Bouleterion and Synderion. All these buildings without diplomats

In Oscan is same with Touto and Regional council!
Etrurian,Latin and Celts can recruit diplomats with town hall buildings...

Since I'm stuck with only one diplomat in Oscan and Hellenic factions, if I change age of diplomats and make them younger will that prolonged their life span?

sorry no one has answered you. Everyone is just a but excited by the release of EUropa Barborum 2 at the moment. A few of the factions are still in beta state so may not ave diplomats

Morfeanski and Tartaros are about to release a submod for this called Incursioo Pyrri which should improve lots of the beta parts of the mod

In the meantime the Rome faction is really well fleshed out and enjoyable to play
