does this mod fix damaged fort walls after battles?

This mod tries to remove any unplayable parts of the game, so main goal was to reduce number of fort sieges to minimum. AI is not encouraged to built them, otherwise you would end up with every province town having walls, and every second battle being bugged siege battle. Instead, only some cities have walls, and most of battles are standard battles. Anyway, to give some bonus to defender, he gets the garrison units, which are no longer cannon fodder Citisen Infantry, but instead, standard Line Infantry grade battalions.
