What made you join TWC?

I used to play Rome and I found a guide called "Smackus Maximus" and then lost it. I was looking for it again and came across RS 1.6 and I was hooked. Thanks to Genius of the Restoration, he sent me a link for Smackus Maximus when I mentioned that in my citizenship application, strangely enough, the same principles always apply

I needed some RTW unitmodels/skins for my own personal modding. But registered not at this time. Years passed till i did it to post a small submod for third age, found then the acw mod and posted a submod too there. This was my biggest failure, since them i´m trapped here and be forced to mod and make sarcastic posts...

I cant remember which mod brought me here. It might have been either RTR, or XGM. I came, i saw, i stayed. Love the community here. I just wish i had more time to actively post. Real life always gets in the way.

I'm not quite sure. I was a fan of the Total War games since the original Shogun. Since I joined in August of 2004 and Rome: Total War was released later in September, I'm guessing I joined because of the anticipation of RTW and because of mods.

The original Shogun or the original Medieval and something with altering values in a text file ... and my MoO3 forum had ceased to serve its purpose (hurts to say this). I have never become a modder, though, just went there where you can practise spell check and Google translate which has been in a way not too bad because I know now Google translate sucks with the exception of French-English. I guess I like more to play with words than with pc games. Modders have my respect because they dare to go beyond what is set, nevertheless.
