I have a question. I notice that Csltic Paganism is a scripted religion in the game, yet no factions, at all, have this as their religion.

Even the Celtic nations that are played as pagans are merely pagans, not Celtic pagans.

Is there a particular reason for this?

Thats not correct. Gemanic Paganism is a religion of the Germanic factions

We are simply not yet that far with the Celtic type pagan religion.

Yes Paganism is a religion that will cause unrest
As to Celtic paganism I dont think this will need much work to finish its inclusion n the game
