Is applauding a terrorist organization OK?

I have no doubt Manuel's intent was simply to piss off Turkish members. It's better to ignore him, though.

No, Manuel does not applaud their aims as you can see my edit2 (lol). He does applaud the instrument, the will, the PKK, which for he imagined their aims.

I do not have any more will to discuss on this thread. While we are discussing if he is insulting or not here in a game forum, IN REAL LIFE these scums have been killing my countrymen including unborn babies. I am sorry again to open this topic.

Why only highlight half a quotation when it's right in front of us for us all to see anyway?

I applaud the PPK for fighting for the freedom of the Kurds

He applauds their aims i.e. the freedom of the Kurds. Whether you think the Kurds need freedom is neither here nor there, either.

While I can say these:
"I applaud the Nazis for invading Greece at WWII to bring democracy to Greeks, while I do not support their brutal acts"
I would not say above at any where. Because I know it is a farce. Do you get my point?

Yes but you can say it. That's what this whole debate is about: whether you can or cannot say something. People are able to say "Kosovo is/is not Serbia" or "Macedonia is/is not Greek" or "Cyprus is/is not Turkish". Most people would find at least half of these statements to be farcical, but we allow them anyway.

In the future it might be better to just report the post than to make a thread here, action could be taken more expeditiously, or not, and we could avoid drawn out, needless debates about a single instance. This forum should be used for asking legitimate questions regarding policy, not to try to get someone else in trouble based on the dubious interpretation of a single post.

I would criticise it, but I wouldn't infract it or delete it. I think if people want to say how great AQ or the Taliban are, they should be permitted to.

Some people do that already Simon. The Taliban, AQ, Hamas, and other terrorist organizations are constantly supported and boasted in the D&D so, just because the OP has an issue with the PKK, doesn't mean that people should be banned from talking about them. Honestly, if you can't handle someone applauding the PKK or AQ on an internet forum, you should either avoid those posts/threads/posters or find a new hobby.
