    Default Not getting full unit numbers

    I'm running Empire 1.6 and DMUC patched up to 6.95.

    I'm starting a new Grand Campaign as Prussia. I'm a few turns in, and I've started to recruit new units.

    My initial starting Line Infantry start with 300 men (and 110 range, so I know DMUC is installed correctly). However, every Line Infantry unit I recruit from here on out only has 160 men...

    Anyone know how I can fix this?
