    I would be surprised if it wasn't. Goblin town is his most central province and his starting capital as well. He woundn't have any reason to change it.

    The money thing is disabled in hotseat because it uses a console command

    I'm really sorry for the delay guys but you'll have to wait for Norseman to come online. Alas this is THE crucial turn for Gimli, if I do wrong he will lose 4 settlements and I simply cannot take such responsibility. Although by the looks of it he will lose them irrespective of what I do...
