Uhm i have a question concerning Mordor. If some of us finds The Ring, we will be called to Imladris and asked to destroy it in Mordor. If we destroy the ring, whole Mordor will be destroyed at once. So what do we do if we find it? can we try to do the mission or what?

By all means try and do the mission, but if you fail Mordor will get the ring and we will all be doomed

And yes Mordor will be destroyed.

well, he gets to recruit Sauron or will he receive other things as well, such as more money, loyalty, population growth etc. ?

And if Mordor wants to get the Ring, must he only defeat the army holding the Ring or will the ring be placed in a city. and then you have to take the city to get the Ring?

And to find the Ring in the first place(when none of the factions have The Ring) must you just look around Middle Earth and you will find a giant Ring thingi on the map ?

I think it randomly chooses a general and that general now owns it. He can hide in a city or do what ever.

dont remember, sorry its been a long time since ive played a battle on a website, it happens very rarely in hotseats, unless both players mean they are more skilled than the other or if it is like 3 armies vs 3

What about battles vs AI?
Can we play it ourself or will it be autoresolved?

Battle's with the AI can be fought on the battle map with an AI, unless you want to do auto-resolve.
