ProConsul Lucullus as Commander and Consul Gnaeus as Legate 1. A formal declaration of war is to made against the Numidia
2. Pro-Consul Lucullus shall be given Imperium to deal with the Numidians
3. Consul Gnaeus shall raise a legion and request that Flavius Hispansis Drusus bring his cavalry to Numidia
4. He shall use 10000 of his own money to raise an extra 500 cavalry and 1000 Archers
5. Those reinforcements that have been deemed uneeded in Lusitania namely the 2200 peltasts/slingers/archers, 300 Allied Cavalry that do not belong to either Senator Flavius or Consul Gnaeus shall also be sent to Numidia
6. Any Senator who wishes to pledge money and troops to the war can, and may send them as soon as they are readily available
7. The Senate shall spend the money required to raise these mercenaries by Carthage

4. He shall use 10000 of his own money to raise an extra 2000 archers
5. All cavalry and missile units in Hispania are to be sent to Numidia due to their ciritical necessity
6. Any Senator who wishes to pledge money and troops to the war can, and may send them as soon as they are readily available
7. The Senate shall spend the money required to raise these mercenaries by Carthage
