King Kong you have my support for as long as Middle-earth is your homeland.
No, Annuminas please...like Osgiliath was once the proud capital of the Southern Dunedain, so was Annuminas of the Northern Dunedain. In fact, seeing how well KK has done the ruins of Osgiliath he could do Annuminas ruins excellently as well. Probably wont happen though.
Wow. This is really, really beautiful.
I had hoped that you would use the Osgiliath buildings also for generic Gondor cities but this would be maby to much work.
One Question: Does the player have to rebuild every single building or will it be repaired by an event ingame?
Thank you for this city. One of my favourites (after Minas Thirith )
I'm sure we will get Generic Dwarven Settlements and probably Lake-Town and Erebor at some point... But I don't think it will be in 3.0... Maybe 3.1 or 3.2 (if it's done at all, what we already have is outstanding)
King Kong you truly are a beast in the modding scene, amazing work.
You forgot Generic Gondor! how could you!! jk
As for Generic Northern and Easterling..... I really feel no need. I think that the Generic Northern settlements are pretty much similar to medieval North European or Eastern European settlements. The one deviation is not the structures were not all made of stone but actually wood and straw.
Rohan exhibits a norse-anglo saxon culture which is why North European settlements will work. As for Dale, which I personally feel like it is similar to medieval France or Italy. For Eriador, Eastern European settlements would fit perfectly, while addressing the same problem for too much stone buildings
I really don't think there is a real difference between Easterlings and Haradrim in terms of culture. Harad is desert while Rhun is also desert/steppe. I think the vanilla Middle East settlements would work. Don't you think?
If the dev team makes it- that is perfectly fine. But my personal opinion is that creating generic settlements for all factions are unnecessary. Maybe for future releases after 3.0 they could be possible.

Truely great. I was secretly hoping that you were working on Osgiliath...
Now officially gay for you KingKong...
I just KNEW it was Osgiliath ... Thank you, KK. It's beautiful
Edit: And am I wrong or some of my suggestions paid off?
