For the Republic!
An United States RPG starting in 1800. A player can be in The Congress, A Governor, even A President. Forts to be included, and also business the players can start and own. Battles will be like in Roman Struggle (whatever it is called), simple and efficient. Players will be given mod access, if they ask, provided they are known for fair-play and responsible. Something to do for everyone. And here, no fixed Constitution, the Congress to have full powers to enact laws and to add or amend the constitution.
This is a working proposal, I will work on it here from time to time.
I would like to first gauge the general feelings first, then the finer aspects.
Thank You.

Streamlining: If we keep the gameplay and rules vast and ambiguous, it will take up a lot of time, and progresses slowly...
Involvement: Everyone like to play, that's why we have to come up with a better idea that can keep people happy...
Balanced: People should be allowed choices, and also be given equal start. Otherwise they would only complain...
Centralization: In effect, it was one person pulling the strings while other mods kept watch. Therefore, we must now be a coordinator team, where everyone knows what to do, and can do in absence of one or the other.
