    Make sure you have Pack File Manager or a similar tool. To locate the originals, go into your N:TW data directory and open the data.pack. Then navigate to ui\loading_screen_pictures and there they are. Notice you'll need tools to handle .tga and .dds files. However extract those files.

    Now you'll need to create a simple mod by making a new pack file on PFM and designating it a mod. Then swap the files you want to in your extracted directory and then add the directory to your mod. Make the user.script for your mod and finally boot up Napoleon and see if it's worked.
