How do i get the ppl to say stuff, like when you click a family memebr thwre like "dir" i want to change that with my own voice but i dont know where ther elocated.

You need to unpack the sound files. Then record your own voice saying what ever. Then using a sound editer, I use avs4you, just paste over the original file and name it something you can remember. Put it into the folder in your mod and point to it with the export_descr_sounds_units_voices.txt file.
