    That's good to hear. It would also be cool if that version would include the ability to modify the type of the minor towns in a region, e.g. in the case of my mod, changing Basel from timber to university. I think the minor towns are a Napoleon-specific feature.

    A question for armies and navies.

    Does it allow
    - Changing an existing unit from an army (seems obvious)
    - Adding / removing unit from an existing army
    - Add a completly new army somewhere?

    ...well, I had a solid face-palm earlier. As it turns out, I completely forgot a few annoying things with W7, particularly administrative permissions.

    You certainly wouldn't believe me, but as it turns out it helps if you actually install the thing you want to use .

    BTW, I had success with those victory conditions. I'll be sure to make good use EasyESF .

    Yeah, the application make changes in xml files, it creates and deletes txt and xml so you should have always admin privileges.

    Do pardon my ignorance, yes I have read the whole thread but still having problems with emergent port of Gdynia. Im trying to make it a naval port but for some reson when selecting building from the tree get that error message:

    It is my mistake (a wrong jruby command) but it affects only imdividual Region changes (from menu bar). I'll fix it but if you use in main window lower right REGION button (first START for conversion) you can complete the task successfully:

    Heya! This tool is fantastic and my life much easier. I use it mainly for editing diplomacy in savegames.

    One issue I have no biggie, is when I change options in the main faction menu (such as money), I get XML failure (it corrupts the factions XML files) and any rebuild outputs a 0 byte file. Changing anything under the various factions tabs i.e diplomacy or characters works fine though.

    Overall though your tool is amazing, and i've been given it heavy use!

    Do you know when you will be out of beta? Any known complications?

    Also, would you mind uploading a clean startpost.esf? Steam refuses to verify my cashe and download a new one for me.

    It is not a beta. The exchange of original files is against forum rules.

    Can you also add the option to changing the army/navy maximum size in your converter? I usually like to play with 25 units/army.
