Default Using general variant model as units

I wanted my katana hero units to look like the tokugawa daimyo, so i replaced "samurai_inf_katana_hero.soldier.unit_variant" with "campaign_special_gen_tokugawa_daimyo.unit_variant"
but my katana hero units came out *check attach image*

anyone knows how to correct this? Thanks in advance.Ü

hey i found a way to unlock ALL the MP avatar items.

You would need to mod this with steam offline and make sure you backup your stuff (so you dont lose your mp avatar rank).

You customise your general in the avatar menu in game. Then go to C:\Documents and Settings\USER\application data\creative assembly\shogun 2\avatar\

Here you will find a file called mpavatar.unit_variant.

Copy this file and then you can use it (rename it first) as a custom unit.

You wont have any of those glitches.
