It is rather simple:

1) Open the export_descr_character_traits.text in your Rome Total War/Chivalry/data folder and search for immortal. Change the entry from

to

;------------------------------------------
Trait Immortal

Threshold 1

If you don't have experience with trait editing and fear to do sth. wrong or you're just lazy, just download the attached file and copy it to your folder.
Anyway, make a copy of the file first.

2) copy the file chat_filter.san from your RomeAlexander/data folder to your Chivalry/data folder and to your Rome Total war/data folder.

3) Delete the file map.rwm in your Chivalry/data/maps/base folder.

4) Rightclick your Chivalry icon, click on properties and change the destination entry so that it ends like this: \Rome - Total War\RomeTW-ALX.exe" -mod:Chivalry -nm -show_err -noalexander -movie_cam

That's it. Have fun with the mod. I tried an English and an Egyptian campaign, and didn't encounter any problems.
