Are you still looking for help with the UI pics? I've got a bit of a break at the Uni, so I should be able to help out for the next weed.
It looks like you need someone to go through and do it by hand, not write a script to do the work. Even so, I'd be willing to do what I can to help.
Please let me know if,when, and where you need help with this.

Sorry Joe I totally missed this, we've around 6000 images to sift through for possible unit cards but I really need to get it all organised into all the sub factions so it'll be easier to work from.
I think the only faction that can possibly be started is the byzan roster.


I'm not far off having the large UI's completed so I'll organise for possible unit cards thanks though.
