    Those who ran for a magistracy and didn't get elected have the option of applying for Censor, though that would be debated in Senate and could thus be vetoed...

    Pretty much when it seems like everyone who is active has voted, so approx 13-14 voters on a liberal estimate.

    Then I just missed it, well, have to make arrangements for next weeks elections. High school/University courses tend to stack up.
