Then, an evolution of the Sicilian uniforms to get late war version will depends on the amount of change.
For example with the Rhine conferacy, Wurttemberg will get two styles of uniforms (going from the helmet to the Shako), while for Bavaria we considered the changes are relatively small, so the base unit will not change, although some units will be available only for certain periods (like Ulhan introduced in 1813).
We have to make a compromise between historical inaccuracy (we have to introduce uniforms change for Saxony in 1810 since there were major changes, and just keeping old style in 1815 would look very weird), and the time needed to make the textures, the memory size used up by too many atlases, and then the number of units to put in the db to accomodate the different uniforms (especially since our regional recruitment limits will also multiply the units).
So we try to make new uniform version when it is needed, but we avoid it if the changes are really minors.
