ETW and NTW crashes

well somehow it seems to fix its self i went on to play ntw and it was there i wonder why it causes problems then repaires them again without notice

I'm having problems playing Napoleon Darthmod version 2.4 + bug fix.
Game loads up like normal. The menu screen works fine however once I select a campaign on the load part it crashes every time.

I got an error message of:
Error: attempt to conatenate global's product (a nil valve) stack traceback: 1. [Project-> on startup] line:146 in main chunk.

Should I just reinstall the original Napolean total war game and then reinstall the lastest version of Darthmod?
I have already done this several times and its been very frustrating that the game continues to crash.

Can you play Napoleon wothout DarthMod installed?

If so, contact their forum.
