How can I edit proverbs in loading screen?

I want to mod Proverbs and Maxim in loading screen.
Some maxims are quiet good, like Sun tzu. but I want to replace or take out some weird verbs,
especially silly death poems, because it is not a JAPANESE death poem.

If I can introduce some real Japanese culture during boring and time-taking loading time, it will be wonderful.
So, I will add some real maxim from real Daimyo and Samurai, or some real death poem.

I found data, and modding it right now. but when I tried to see it in real game, game process just closed in first loading screen, with big logo of S2TW.
and I extracted quote files in data.pack/db and edited it, and saved it just like personal mod I made before.
I do not have any idea wht it is...maybe it's because I took out and put some of quotes or added new categories of quotes, but I don't know a reason.

P.S. (maybe)I'll change loading screen afterward, into some Japanese painting.
I tried get some from Google or Wikipedia, but it is quiet difficult to get one with high resolution, unlike European painting.
