As I am an Afshar (from fellow Germiyanoğlus), the tamga of Afshar could be wrong in your example. According to Divan-i Lugatit Türk, tamga of Afshar is distinctive. But I know, there can be some errors because you are very busy.

I have not begin researching and designing CoA of Germiyanids. Which example did you mention about friend? I can't get it.

But as you can see, i adapt afşar tamga as famous avşar-afşar bird in beg's tamga-symbol that's why it look likes different symbol than your resources image friend.
