extracted to the mod folder after changing the main folders name run the batch file but get a ctd after the start up screen (the screen with westeros total war on it)

any ideas where i've gone wrong

I Install Westeros 0.53 and downloaded this and the Compatible version of the Portrait Sub-mod but when i click in the game Westeros Campaign it sends me back to the Menu or Crashes. I Don't know what i did wrong.

You dont need 0.53. Just delete your westeros folder and extract the .rar to your mods folder.

Getting error spam when I try to extract. Tried various download links posted and tried extracted with both Winrar and 7zip. I'll try the new version when it comes out I guess. At least it sounds good! I look forward to trying it (despite being disappointed about the siege engine nerf)

I had no initial 0.53 version so i just extracted this into my mods file but i can't find an .exe anywhere, how exactly do I play it or what have i done wrong?

its not named .exe, its some msdos thingy, about 50kb i size, named westeros. in the main folder (not data!). works like an exe though.

As you can see, I only have 2 westeros files, each has 1 kb, what am i doing wrong?

eh, just realized i wrote kb, its byte oc.

and the one selected is the right one.

Well neither one works for some reason. I recently reinstalled my OS without reinstalling the former medieval game files, though i did try them and they seem to work, any Idea how i can make it work, anything but reinstalling the whole game?

Okay, I managed to make it work, thanks. I think the first version of the enhanced was corrupt or something, i redownloaded it and it's working fine now with the lannister reskin and the portrait submod

So the error I'm getting is the system cannot find the specified location. The file is the Westeros.rar from Game Front. The same story with the Westeros24-08.rar from RapidShare (the alt download link no longer exists) I tried using WinRar and 7zip. I'm in the mods folder and I renamed the regular Westeros. Any ideas?
