If not, you may use the units that I create (reskinned/remodeled, if you like).It would be great to have some support from folk with good knowledge of specific areas.

The map looks great , seems like it'll be a cool mod.
The faction list seems long - and people recommending new factons etc. THe one you initially proposed seems like the best -- sometimes Too many factions ruins the gameplay.

I will probably start developing with fewer factions and then see how it goes adding others. Just posting my thoughts here, not really a criticism. There are at least 3 mods dealing with the Viking Raids era and area. I have played TLK and the units are great but the mod still needs some work. I know many of you share ideas and files but have any of you working on these similar mods considered working together for one very good mod?
I was thinking a larger map that included all of the Viking known world will be fun as well. This would include the Carolingian kingdoms, Ilberia, Italy, and E. Europe down to the Greece, perhaps stoping with including half the E. Roman Empire. Muslim conquest would come into the mod but not include the Holy Land as the crusades are a good way off from starting at ad 700--I like the start date, or something close.
Anyway, best of luck modding.
Theres nothing I love more than Viking Mods
Be sure to have a good few Irish kingdoms. Munster, Ulster, Connacht, Leinster. If your Ireland will be really big anyway
As noted on the first page(I havent read the entire topic, so I hope im not just saying whats already been said), the Nordic "countries" werent united yet, so you could make multiple factions for them
