    i got a question on changing amors

    i tried to chang a ashgru's shoulder to a samuri's shoulder amor the texture are fuked up

    i change

    VariantModels/UnitParts/Japan/shoulders/Mogami_sode/mesh", "VariantModels/UnitParts/Japan/shoulders/Mogami_sode/tex/texture

    to

    VariantModels/UnitParts/Japan/shoulders/Tousei_sode/mesh", "VariantModels/UnitParts/Japan/shoulders/Tousei_sode/tex/texture

    i just dont get it it's got mesh and a texture y are the taxture allover the place?
    i can change the monk amor in to the ash with out any problem but cant do it with the samuri

    It sounds like you are referencing textures and meshes for a unit part that does not have an atlas entry.

    is there any way to edit the mesh in shogun 2? is there a converter for 3ds?

    Nice work.

    I'm pretty sure the mesh thing is something modders can't touch without a converter.
