    Default Best starter faction?

So, I downloaded this mod, and started out a campaign with Catuvellani... but then I realized, that having pretty much no military forces expect the city garrisons, only 1 FM at start and multiple rapidly expanding AI factions from which 2 are hostile already wont give up the easiest of campaigns.

Now, I'm no beginner to TW games, but I think that starting a campaign in a mod with a easy faction is a great way to get introduced to the mod.

So let me bring these questions:

What is the easiest faction to play in:
    1.England-Wales area?
    2.Mainland Europe?
    3.Scotland-Ireland area?

    Thanks in advance.

I prefer the romano-brits. You have settlements in britain and mainland europe

For mainland europe it would be the Franks. More or less secure borders in the eaet, cheep units and rich cities to plunder in the west.

I'm starting out as the Saxon-luti faction. It's a slow start, but being allied to the Anglican Saxons helps against the Cavelluti, or what ever that faction is. Burn all the settlements is the strategy I'm using and then settle them afterwards.

I almost won the campaign as RB twice only to install new patch. So started as Eubreac this time... it's hard to play but units are intresting... looks very Sub Roman... this is faction which represents what warriors not Soldiers true Aurelius Ambrosianus and Arthur had... Romano British had Roman knowledge but no Roman scale Resources, so they repaired Roman infrstructure not build new one... Caer Eburac should have massive stone walls at the start... and some old military bulding as wonder... It was capital of Roman military in Britania, some workshops, training grounds and armories should survive to 457 AD. Have much fun playing this thanks for the team.
