New Rule

Effective next term in order to claim income for a magistracy you must be moderately active. No more running for something and then contributing nothing to the game. If you know you are going to be inactive for some time please don't run for anything and give other people the opportunity.

I also approve. One question though. Is there a difference between not contributing anything and not having anything to contribute?

Sometimes it is hard to as a proconsul, but not impossible...I'd recommend finding a way or risk raising my ire.

Well, hopefully if we can develop the roles more and give the senate more options then you shouldn't have to worry.

I also agree. With the Republic growing, more roles will be developed in order for the entire engine to work properly and to give more roleplaying experience to others who will eventually come and to those already here.

The application of this rule will be reasonable, but I will not look kindly on zero IC posts for an entire term.

Please do, I am thrilled to see the initiative this week. I want to make this less and less "my" game and start implementing some other ideas from the players. You guys are the ones who are going to make this game something more people will want to play, all I did was provide a framework and opportunity for that to happen.
