This mod looks awesome, but I can't play it, every time I try it says : cannot display in this photo mod or something like that. (I will post the specific on what exactly was notified soon)

I found out what the computer told me :" Cannot display in this video mode"
I know I did not adjust the screen resolution since I last played Rome total war. That was when it worked. It worked before I installed this mod.

How about the vannila RTW ? Is it working ?

Well is was before the mod. usually vanilla stops working completely when I install a new mod, but the mod functions perfectly. But I will try I ussualy just uninstall the mod and then RTW and BI vanillia work fine.

BTW I'm running this on steam

hmmm. I've downloaded lots of mods before (roma surretum , RTR VII etc) but I've simply never had this problem. It could be something to do with the mod, the moniter on my computer or the computer itself. I am very puzzled... Please help!!!

Sorry I keep posting but I treid vanaillia and this time it did work: now I can tell it is the mod that is playing up...

I treid that before and I can
tell hegimonia is running but for some reason my screen can't handle it.
Does the mod increase screen resalution or something like that?

Ahhhh, don't worry just installed EB I'm sorry I couldn't try your awesome looking mod out but I am happy with what I've got. (Would have been cool if it worked)

Hello,
I downloaded this mod having Barbarian invastion 1.6 (and RTW 1.5 version)
I installed it on bi folder and tried to give a target on my RomeTW-BI shortcut,but it said it wasn't valid
I got pieced of,backuped the bi files and replaced them with the hcs one's in order that the target be already given (I hope you understood what I said).
Then I pressed the game...I noticed that it was succedfully modded but it crashed...I couldn't go rven to the menu.
Any ideas?

whats your shortcut command says?

I did it now by unistalling hcs too,but if I find the mistake I will install it again.

I put this at the end
-mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm


And it was writen this one
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe"

I didn't have a shortcut on the desktop (RomeTW-BI) but I made a one to play the game...when I target it and it wasn't valid for some reason I made another one...

Hi, I created this account just for this mod, it is the most amazing mod i have ever played! So, here is my problem, i installed it and I started playing it, first some random campaings and then a basic with athenians, i saved and loaded a lot of time the game, but one day, as i was trying to load the game, after the load was complete, the game crashed!!!! repeatedlly!, also it crashes during the campaing, only after load( for example, after battles...) what can i do?

it more or less fixed the background script so there will be less CTD's and anti-stack
