IS a National Morale system possible?

I know, wow, another genius idea from the same guy who has brought us nothing yet

I have been playing Napoleons Campaigns by ageod lately, I think that's how its spelled?

anyway I was just wondering if a national morale system was feasible for NTW, and in particular LME?

It would be great to win a couple big battles and force an armistice on your enemy, or capture his capital and force a surrender

but then again that would mean alot of work on the campaign AI to keep it from just attacking one stack at a time I would imagine?

but if someone could get the AI to recognize this reality, it would certainly be a great leap foward on the realism front

but anyway just something to shot the breeze about, may not be possible at all, just had to talk about it though

NTW3 has national morale for units. Its a mp game pretty much but every nation and every nations units has individual morale.
