making actuall general's face

So i was playing the M II tutorial the other day..just for the lulz..and i saw King Harold's face instead of the helment he is wearing.So i was wondering,wouldn't it be cool if you were to see the family member's actuall face on the battlefeild?
I know this may requier more time since you need to skin every general's unit.Or,if you think its time consuming,you can make the faces of the leaders when in battle.Imagine,seeing Stephan the Great,Ottoman sultans,Serbian kings...etc
