Playing with a back 5 in such a game, why did Walter bother retiring?

A back 5? The official formation says 3-5-2. Then he subbed Juan (Peg) Ortiz on for Weir.

McCoist has about 2 games to right the ship. He won't be sacked if he doesn't win them, but he will lose the fans and then the dressing room.

I wonder if he thinks tactics are some sort of minty sweet?

All Maltese teams were eliminated in the 2nd qualifying round. Shocking, no?

Valletta were eliminated to a certain Lithuanian team(they're the current leaders and had a 10 game unbeaten streak), and Floriana lost to a Cypriot team, AEK Laernika or something like that.

I was working and got a text saying "LARSSON". Almost had to happen

Was funny seeing all the hurting huns in Glasgow coming home from the game.

We've not played any European games mate, don't even know if we have a chance to play in it tbh, been too busy.

A bit of a shocker for Gers tonight - I thought they'd beat Malmo but the Swedes had a bright start hit the ground running.

And yes, Mr. Pink, Sellik should be in teh Europa League.

Not funny. I know, Barça are fantastic and all but it's not good for football that the only way to stop them is bribe the refs both home and away like Inter did last year.

You guys got to stop saying rubbish things like that. Milito's goal was offside, yes... but Motta got sent off in the 2nd fixture because of Barcelona's play acting and things could have gone differently if it wasn't for that red card.
But I guess Barça fans are used to refs like this one

BTW... Arsenal was stopping them this year but got a player sent off unfairly and lost the match after that. Yes Arsenal didn't deserve to win that match but they would have gone through with a draw.

But that is what ruins football, not that one team is fantastic.
