Wow, can't wait to play a Bactrian campaign... Sorry for not being able to help so much in the matter of TE 4.0, but I have to finish the unit cards for DarthMod first...
I hope it does not slow down progress on TE 4.0

It doesn't, ill send you the 4.0 beta on saturday so you can do the unit cards and symbols, and whilst you do them i can thoroughly test 4.0 so it is as bug free as possible.

Ouch, what was the enemy army made up of, i noticed some dead spartans in there.

Armored hoplites, greek cav, and about 3 units of Spartans. Thought I was going to lose this one untill I was able to hit the Spartans from behind with some cav. They took out most of the horses anyway and fought to the death. Had to beat a hasty "Tactical Withdrawal" after this one, with several full stacks of Greeks within range.

The town has changed hands several times during my war with the Greeks. The following are the results of my latest raid on the town. It makes an inviting target since its within easy reach of the docks at Tarantum.

My army arrives after landing at the coast

After the initial exchange, the Greek onagers are out of the action, the gates and walls are down.

The commanding general likes to see things burn.

The light infantry is sent in, and the onagers switch to the undamaged edge of town.

The light infantry route, but the damage is done. Three columns of Romans make their way into the rubble.

The columns meet at the town sqaure, notice the single Spartan commanding general for the Greeks.

The Romans celebrate their victory.

The fleet awaits by the coast.

A lone Spartan fell by the gate.

The Spartan general was found in an alley.

what year are you in for that campaign, Gaius Baltar? in mine i have built an imperial palace but no reforms yet

Right now Im at 148BC. Reforms happened around 200BC. I want to mod the event to happen around 125BC or after, to spend more time fighting with pre-Marius units.
