Houses and Dynasties
Basically, it does nothing else, but adds that Stark, Lannister, Greyjoy, Baratheon surname behind your main character everyone wants there. And many more! Titles, nicknames, full names!
And if the mighty Stark bloodline should die out, your next Lord of Winterfell will be Lord of Winterfell! (No more Roose Stark, Lord of Winterfell!)

and campaign_script to Westeros\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign
Frankly, since it required a new set of traits, it is not save game compatible.
