No Hypaspists???

i noticed that there is no hypaspist unit for the macedonians,well that's but cause it weakens the army of the faction and make it more vulnearable to flank attacks.I tried to import SPQR macedonian hypaspist unit in one point i managed to do it,everything worked well exept the skin of SPQR hypaspist unit,the outcome of this is a hypaspist unit but with Terraes Expudagane's macedon royal pikemen skin!can anyone give any help on this or maybe Lusted can add a hypaspist unit to save us from the trouble!thanks in advance

I have mainly kept the default RTw unit list, removing a few and adding in a new unit. With DarthsFormation mod installed the ai is harder to flank, and macedon makes good use of cavalry. If you would like to see this unit added in in future versions, post in the 4.0 suggestions thread.

yes,i know that AI is better with Darth formations but what about when i am playing with Macedonians(they are my favorite faction),anyway i 'll give it one more try to add the hypaspist unit and i 'll add this ass a suggestion to 4.0

Well as macedon i always use cavalry to protect my flanks, or peltasts and archers, maybe some bastarne mercs or illyrian mercs.

i prefer heavy infantry and that's why i find it somehow weird not to have the hypaspists in game i feel exposed from the flanks!i tried to add my hypaspists but they appear with the royal pikemen skin,anyway can you give me any tip in order to make my own hypaspist skin,if you are not to busy of course!anyway thanks for your replies!

Send me the model files, the skin they use in SPQR, and the entire descr_model_battle.txt entry for them, i will either create a new skin for the model or create a new model and skin.

I am not sure if they wil be in 4.0, this was me doing them for SARMATIAN LEADER. DarthsFormations do not take into account swordsmen unit for seleucids/macedon(who would get them if i included them as well as Baktria), so the ai does not use them properly.
