My suggestions

Hey, since I'm joining the team I would like to make some suggestions.

Mod is looking great, but needs a re-visit. Keep its fundamentals, but basically revisit everything. Particually the campaign. I'll be happy to do some startpos work, and get it in order. Fix the bugs or what not. Then work on the units and their textures, stats, etc...

-We will need to form a team of full time testers, who are willing to play the campaign for 50 turns or so just to make sure of everything.

-We are going to need research, as I am a specialist in Roman history, this isn't quite my field, but I love the period never the less.

-We are going to need a re-organisation of the team, pull things together by the looks of things. We need a dev forum if you have one, Ice bear and myself need access.


Thats the main things, the mod itself is looking really good, great potential. I think we do need an updated bug list to be made for us developers, to add to when we find a bug.

Your models are great, but saddly we can't use them because we chose to use the variant system.
