Medieval total war:technical problem

first of all two thing, my english is bad K know, second, I don't know where I need to post this technical problem.

I had a problem on the campaign games, after a wile that i play (or right with the start), the game goes back to the desktop and gives an error located in my temporary files. When I deleted my temp. files the problem was still there but it wasn't located any more ?!

I have the real cd, but he doesn't work real good any more, so I have a crack or something like that, can somebody help me please ??

IMO mentioning that you have a crack is usually not a good idea unless it's a warez site. Don't expect too much help.

Where is the "crack" from? We can't really help you unless you tell us because they have slight;y different files.
