Default [Discussion] Replenishment of Battle Damaged Units.

I've read through the battle rules a couple of times now, and I am going under the assumption that 'unit strength' in numbers is going to be tracked?

If that's the case, where are the rules for 'replenishing' damaged units? For instance, let's say a unit of Musketeers suffers 40% casualties. How/Where does that unit replenish its lost men? I'm assuming the player can replenish the unit via wealth points over the course of a single turn/cycle?

Or am I just missing a section of the rules that covers this?

I guess that they would just pay a percentage of the cost of the unit.

For example, if a unit originally costs 1 wealth point, and has suffered 40% casualties, they could be replenished by paying 40% x 1 = 0.4 wealth points.

    That seems reasonable

Probably. But I would go for the Empire: Total War method where it is cheaper to replenish an existing unit than it is to outfit a new unit.

So a unit that costs 1 wealth point, and has suffered 40% damage would cost 40%x1x1/2 = .2

It's really late here, that's how.

    Anyway, fixed.

I see no problem in the proposal. I agree with Thor.
    You can update it buddy.

I was thinking of maybe instead of actually paying for the replenishment it would happen automaticaly around lets say ~10%per day if the regiment is stationed in your own region (kinda like NTW) and maybe ~15% bonus if its stationed in the region that it's based in (then this 'based' thing would actually have a purpose). This would balance out the gameplay a bit because small nations wont have the money to replenish every single regiment, while the bigger ones will do just that and recruit even more regiments.

I think replenishment in own regions or friendly regions would do...
