1st Mexican Liberation Army - Emperor Maximilian
1x Imperial Guard - Engineer Brigade
50x Cristo Militia - 10x Armoured Brig, 10x Artillery Brigade
2nd Mexican Liberation Army - Commandant Hernan Gonzales
50X Cristo Militia - 5x Armoured Brigade, 5x Artillery Brigade
3rd Mexican Liberation Army - Supreme Commandant Javier Ramirez Escobar y Cabo

Basic Plans -
Each army will go in seperate directions.
The 1st Liberation Army will move North-West and take the provinces in the direction.
The 2nd Liberation Army is to go South at first and then begin to move South West.
The 3rd will simply continue to move South without stopping, taking every province possible in the area.
Resistance is to be met with force. Any cities that do not outright surrender are to be hit by artillery until they do surrender.
When the 1st and 2nd Liberation armies meet up they are to move on to Mexico city together, taking all provinces between there and the city.

Mexico also starts with 800 points + their turnly income, and one infantry division (the 'Imperial Guard' of Emperor Maximilian).
Mexico will be controlled by Rufus, unless he wants to hand them over to someone else to control.

Well regardless, all the units cost 1 day to recruit so I will simply hold back on movements till then. The armour and etc takes longer but those can simply join up when theyre done.

OOC No you can buy them just cant pay any upkeep as you spent all your cash. the upkeep is half the cost so you payed 800(right) so upkeep is 400 that is a crap load of upkeep.
