Carthaginian troops formed a small part of the carthaginian army and almost all of them were spearmen or horsemen, no swordsmen. Usually the swordsmen in the carthaginian armies were Iberians or Celts.

    1)They were probably mercenaries.
2)Could you tell me some more of this Visigar? Where have you read about him?

And the Barb archers is too Getic/Germanic/Celtic. As the Bosphoros used scythians, i redone your archer:
First,I have not "used" anything,I just qiqkly reskined the GC hoplite units.
Second,I will give millita hops shirts,and...there where NUDE skirmishers in Greece?????
    Third,thank you for that one.

Before the beginning of the final siege of Constantinople, Mehmed II made an offer to Constantine XI Palaiologos, the last Byzantine Emperor.
In exchange for the surrender of Constantinople, the emperor's life would be spared to which,he replied:
To surrender the city to you is beyond my authority or anyone else's who lives in it, for all of us, after taking the mutual decision, shall die out of free will without sparing our lives.
He died on the day the city fell.
His last recorded words were: "The city is fallen and I am still alive", and then he tore off his imperial clothes so as to let nothing to distinguish him from any other soldier and led his remaining soldiers into a last charge where he was killed.

The Sacred band of Carthage fought as Hoplites, added that the fact an hoplite would have an kopis as secondary use..... Then there be your Carthaginian Swordsmen

Although the Carthaginians would use a variety of sword both falcata, celtic and kopis :S

Sacred Banda sometimes break the weathered and on campaign it may be hard to get them back, so I could make sacred bands with swords, although not recruitable on campaign they would used in historical battle if armies that are Carthaginian have been on campaign long enough that some of theme men loose or break their spears
