Downloaded this mod, and can't find an exe file. What am I possibly doing wrong?

In case you are all still having problems with Kapangr being unable to build a muster hall, I think I fixed it using a suggestion posted earlier. Updated to the last 3.06 patch. I am not getting the Saga submod included when I tried and installed the patch. So I will reinstall, and check Kaupangr again to see if it is fixed in the latest update.

There is no EXE for the mod, only a BAT file. That file defines the mod's folder and then calls the EXE in the root folder of the installation.

What exactly do you wish to do?

I dont know if this is just because its in beta stage but the unit card dont seem to be working in custom battle and when I start the custom battle I get a crash. Here are some screenshots:

Lol okay? Ive been launching using Baptized_Normans.bat cos thats the only launcher i could find in the last kingdom folder

Really? Also when I try to run the installer for the last kingdom to reinstall it it says: "this file contains invalid data"

There should be three short cuts on you desktop after installation. But judging by your comment I would guess that you have a faulty installation. The unit cards for Wessex are in this folder: ...r\mods\Last_Kingdom\data\ui\units\wesex
Check if that folder exists. you might have to re-download the installer if a repeat of the previous install does not produce that folder.

Yeah in the installation it did say it didnt install a sound file and then after that I think it cut the installation short. I re-downloaded the installer but now when I go to install i double click the installer and it says "This file contains invalid data"

I have recently installed the mod on my computer but whenever i try to run the game it doesnt load and says that it cant load for an unknown reason. I've installed the update and it loads but whenever i try to load any campaign or battle it crashes and stops responding but the mouse icon keeps on spinning. I have really benn looking forward to playing this mod but cant.

Im having the exact same problem. This only happened once I installed the latest patch. I played the older version for one campaign and didnt have any problems then. I also experienced the cursor spin thing, but only the first time I tried starting a campaign, when I have tried since it crashes directly.

LOVE this mod! Any help getting the game to work again would be very appreciated

I did a new installation, without the patch this time. Still having the same problems.. Maybe i didnt remove all files.. Could anybody help with to uninstall it completley?
