Battle of Jena-Auerstedt?
or perhaps
Borodino?

1) someone most rudely stole my turn.
2) Unifroms look Prussian? I have to agree with Mr. Scott: the landscape looks a bit like other paintings from Jena-Auerstedt. I think there were windmills at the Battle of Jena.
3) If that is wrong, I will go with the Battle of Leipzig.
The uniform looks more Polish, due to the ulhans hat. I'm just adding my two cents. But maybe the battle of Raszyn, 1812
Or the battle of Novi?

A wild guess, Battle of Bir Hakeim?
Cool
Next:
Battle of Helgioland. Most certainly of the period, and Austrian ships fighting Danish ones.
