    No to both.

The battle is close to sea for starters as shown in the image.
Under the patronage of Emperor Maximinus Thrax
"Steps to be taken in case Russia should be forced out of war considered. Various movements [of ] troops to and from different fronts necessary to meeting possible contingencies discussed. Conference also weighed political, economic, and moral effect both upon Central and Allied powers under most unfavorable aspect from Allied point of view. General conclusions reached were necessity for adoption of purely defensive attitude on all secondary fronts and withdrawing surplus troops for duty on western front. By thus strengthening western front [those attending] believed Allies could hold until American forces arrive in numbers sufficient to gain ascendancy."

Close to sea or close to a river? Because it looks like a river.

Might be a river too near but the location of the battle is characteristically close to a sea. I might give the sea's name too if nobody sees the answer through.

    edit: Baltic Sea

Its a long shot, but is it Tannenberg (Grunwald).

I still swear its Pavia. Because I see the Spanish and French Flags in there.

    Nope.

It's a battle in a coast of the Baltic Sea.

    Battle of Kircholm.

We call it the "Battle of Salaspils", and it's one of the largest battles to ever take place in Latvia. Also, it's not the Baltic sea, it's river Dvina/Daugava.

I am positively correct, so I reserve this for the next battle. I still need rep.

So you had rather small battles there in Latvia. Kircholm is not one of the largest Polish-Lithuanian battles in 17th century.

There was a number of Polish battles exceeding 50,000 combatants and several battles with 100,000 - 234,000 combatants on both sides in 17th century.

Kircholm had "only" some 15,000 combatants on both sides.

The region doesn't allow for large battles. Latvia is not the place you can easily supply large armies in.

Yeah. It was a well fortified region with many castles. Another thing is that it was a Polish-Swedish battle.

And Polish-Swedish battles were never nearly as large as Polish-Turkish or Polish-Russian or Polish-Cossack.

The largest Polish-Swedish battle in history had 55 thousands men (Warsaw 1656), the 2nd largest (Kalisz 1706) had 46 thousands.

Ok - post a battle please.

Well it seems to be gothic plate, so I would estimate somewhere between the 15th and the early 16th centuries. Judging from the heraldry, I believe that it is Scotland and England in battle. I would say that that is the Battle of Flodden Field, part of the Anglo-Scottish Wars (although I could be wrong here, and that could be the Milanese or the Genoese with another combatant).

I think it might be a battle of the "War of the Roses"
Quem faz injúria vil e sem razão,Com forças e poder em que está posto,Não vence; que a vitória verdadeira É saber ter justiça nua e inteira-He who, solely to oppress,Employs or martial force, or power, achieves No victory; but a true victory Is gained, when justice triumphs and prevails.
