Wow it took me a while to find it, originally I thought that it was from the period of Culloden or maybe in 1715. Then I wondered whether the battle in question was in Ireland or Scotland because it could have been the Boyne or something like that as well.
But it is the war of William the Silent in Scotland, the Battle of Killiecrankie.
