    Icon4 Unpacker error (0xc0000022)

    Hey, when i go to select 'Unpack_all.bat' it comes up with
    "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application."

    I meet the computer requirements (Not sure if it is Version 1.1 or over because when i download updates for V1.3 or V1.2 etc, It says that I have V1.03.000 and i can't upgrade any further.)
