Help please

Okay so today I downloaded Stainless steel 6.0 and the 6.1 patch into the mods file on my steam version of the game. When the launcher come sup it has a stainless steel option and when I click this it goes to a loading screen (dark blue background, crusaders and teutonic knights pictuires and it says Stainless Steel 6.1 Kingdoms) but after that it just closes down. Normal Med II works, as do all the kingdoms expansions, but not stainless steel.

Any help?
