    Default The cult...

Is it just me or are the One god cult's bodyguard units way too good? I charged a unit of them with a generals bodyguard unit (lances down, the whole shebang) and despite the fact that the enemy was standing still, I did not inflict a single casualty on them! Not one! And I lost a dozen horsemen in seconds. (I was playing the Teutonic flag faction, pardon the memory lapse.) The hell is going on here?

Also, got a CTD when fighting the wolf rebels.

Despite that, nice mod, has a certain charm that I can appreciate. I really can't wait to see it completed, with custom faction flags, skins, (especially for the England, Teutonic, France factions) and colours.

the bodyguards have two hitpoints, which should save them mostly from a charge, the charge would weaken them though, the cultist cavalry normal unit are much better in my opinion. berzerker cavalry=awesome

Cultist bodyguard are weaker than most of the other human bodyguard units. Can you tell me when exactly you got a CTD with the wolves? And if you managed to re-play it through?

I found that if you just reload the turn (granted you have autosave on) you can continue the campaign no problem. At least thats what I experienced .
Very funny and old tale of Mordor. The grass is always greener.
Epic Tale of Thera, basically a masterpiece . Borissomeone's Tales of Thera.

I'm not all to sure, but doesn't having autosave activated usually cause the CTDs?

It makes no difference, there shouldn't be any end-turn crashes at this stage. If there are I definitly want to know about it. The odd crash in battle with custom units/skeletons/anims I can accept as not every possiblity can be covered in testing, but again it's something I'd rarther know about...

The wolf CTD occured in a rather odd place... basically the wolves had 'besieged' ( how do wolves do that??) one of my small villages. I took too small armies of melee infantry and attacked them in a forest map. So, anyways, I attack the wolves from two angles, and just a few seconds from battle, the game stops, and I get a popup. It read 'Medieval II: Total War had experienced an unspecified error.'

Btw, the wolves surprised the hell out of me when I first saw them attack... this mod, although incomplete is actually quite a treat to play just because of the unexpected surprises and challenges. And the feeling of impending doom from the north keeps you scared. If you guys need any help on removing the vanilla elements I would be glad to assist... have some pretty solid experience modding MTWII for my own amusement (although to tbh it was a while ago, but I still have all the programs required), especially in texture editing.
