Default How can I start Historical Battles against the AI

I am not able to find them anywhere...in single player nor in multiplayer.

Is it necessary to be really connected with other PC to start a LAN game?

I have seen your map of Marengo battlefield and it is AWESOME (reputation to the Lordz all of course) and now I am anxious to see how the historical battle is... even if it lags consistently.

    Thanks

In launcher click historical battles and choose the historical battle that you want to play. Start the game click LAN and LAN battles and there it should be in historical battles.

Yes, after selecting LAN, host a SCENARIO game, you'll find a list of the available battles (1vs1, 2vs2...) on the left. Select the one you like to play (usually 1vs1) add CPU to the other faction and play the game. Let me say that AI is quite stupid, little challenge. Maybe the only battle I enjoyed has been Pratzen scenario under Austerlitz HB. Played with russia is quite tough if you respect suggested delay on minimap.
