Hi guys, we've written a full official comment right here on the modding situation and our take on it.

Couldn't do it without your feedback.

    Thanks,

TC is working on the new tables and had a release.

Have always said that CA are basically good, honest guys and where would we have been without the TW series? I mean the alternatives are real "crap" by comparison.........

I also fly combat flight sims and believe me you guys don't know how fortunate you are when compared to the hard-coded il-2 series of flight sims that just cried out for modding and the company still won't adapt it for modding even though a new series has been released. okay the modders cracked some of the codes but the mods are still VERY limited, mostly new maps and sub-variants of aircraft already in the game etc.

    Thanks CA.

this is different. modding isn't possible because they don't want us to mod. the excuses are all the same. too complex for you to handle, etc. nope, just too convenient for us to prolong this game indefinitely and refrain from buying dlc and needless sequels.

If they release tools to change the map then I will buy the game. Thats the only thing I want from the CA for napoleon.

It takes CA months to create a new map, they don't have tools. Perhaps making new regions would be easier... perhaps not.
